Your details will be kept in accordance with the ATW Privacy Policy 

The name, date of birth, gender and email details of all athletes will be passed onto our timing partner, Event Chip Timing. 

Where specified on the booking form any medical information will be passed onto the medical team present at the event. 

1) I declare that I am medically fit to compete & understand that I do so entirely at my own risk. 

2) I understand that I am entering the race at my own risk and that no person(s) or organisation(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss, prior to, during or after the event. 

3) I understand the organisers reserve the right to alter the arrangements and conditions, should circumstances require. 

4) By entering this event, the athletes indicate acceptance of the Governing body rules.  

5) By entering this event, the athlete understands their relevant information will be shared with the medical provider, governing sports body and any other 3rd party deemed necessary by ATW for the safe running of the event. 

ATW Transfer & Refund Policy

At ATW, we understand that sometimes plans change. While we do not offer refunds or transfers to another person, we provide a hassle-free event transfer option for those unable to attend their booked event.

Transferring to Another ATW Event

If you are unable to participate in your scheduled event for any reason—including injury, illness, pregnancy, bereavement, or other unforeseen circumstances - you can transfer your entry to any future ATW event. There is no proof required, we trust you.

Here’s how:

✅ Log into your ATW account
✅ Go to Manage My Bookings
✅ Select the option to Change Race
✅ Choose your new event from the dropdown menu
✅ Pay the £5 admin fee to complete the transfer

Even better news, transfers can be made all the way up to 48 hours before your original event date.

Event Cancellations

In the rare case that an ATW event is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control (e.g, adverse weather, national lockdowns), entrants will receive an ATW credit for the value of their booking (minus booking fees). This credit can be applied to any future ATW event.
