This unique and inspiring Olympic venue plays host to the penultimate round of British Triathlon's Super Series on Bank Holiday Monday, August 26th.

The clear water and a flat, traffic-free bike and run lends itself to a fast swim, bike and run course, the ideal venue for this Eton Eliminator.

The venue will open at 7am with registration opening at 7:30am.

All YouthB/Junior/Senior races will take place over the distances of Swim-350m, Bike-4.8km, Run-1.5km, starting at 9am.
The Heats and Rounds will use the following formats:
Heats: Swim-Bike-Run 
Round 1: Run-Bike-Swim
Round 2: Run-Swim-Bike (finish after a third transition)
Round 3 (final): Swim-Bike-Run - only top two-thirds of finishers from Round 2 will compete in Round 3. Results for those dont compete in Round 3 will be taken from Round 2.

In the afternoon, YouthA will take centre stage races with races over the distances of Swim-300m, Bike-4.8km, Run-1km 
The Heats and Rounds will use the following formats:
Heats - Swim-Bike-Run
Round 1 - Run-Bike-Swim
Round 2 (final) - Run-Swim-Bike (finish after transition)

As well as the change in discipline order, each round will result in smaller start waves (for example):
Heats - 2 waves of 30
Round 1 - 2 waves of 30
Round 2 - 3 waves of 20
Round 3 - 3 waves of 14 (YouthB/Jun/Sen only - 1/3 eliminated)

After the heats have been completed, all the rounds will take place consecutively for the Females, and then all rounds will take place consecutively for the Open, with only a short gap between each round.

Entry for this dynamic day of racing is open to all athletes who are participating in the Super Series. Details of how to participate are detailed here. You will need to have an entry code password provided by the British Triathlon performance team in order to enter these races.
