Welcome to the Watford Half Marathon, 10K & Fun Run, a thrilling event set to take place on Sunday, February 2nd, 2025, starting in the picturesque Cassiobury Park!

The day kicks off with a 1.8km Fun Run around the Park, giving parents and supporters a great chance to cheer on their little athletes.

The brand new 10K will start alongside the Half Marathon, in Cassiobury Park. Taking you along a fully closed road route. Heading onto Langley Way and out onto Cassiobury Drive. You will then turn onto Grove Mill Lane, before running along the Grand Union Canal! You will return to the park for the final leg of your 10K, to the applause of your cheer squad. The Half Marathon will start in Cassiobury Park and follows fully closed roads, venturing into serene countryside lanes behind the Grove Hotel and Golf Course. Runners will pass through Bucks Hill, Commonwood Common, and Chandlers Cross before looping back to the stunning Cassiobury Park.

This Half Marathon features the Hertfordshire Vets half marathon championships.  To be eligable, you must have been born in Hertfordshire or been a resident for 9 months. Please state in your eligibility during the registration process.

Lead Car Escort: The event will be led by a lead car, ensuring a smooth and safe journey for all participants throughout the course.

Racecheck Gold Award: In 2023, the Watford Half Marathon proudly earned the prestigious Racecheck Gold Award.
