JOIN US FOR 5 OR 10 MILES OF TRAILS THIS SUMMER!

Choose a distance which is right for you and run a scenic and undulating trail route through the countryside on the border of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

Registration: 8:30am – 9:45am
Race Start:   10:00am
(3 hour max. time limit)

There is one water station on the course where our friendly team can hand you water or squash!
You will pass this twice on the 5 mile and four times on the 10 mile.
Before or after your run there is a cafe at the HQ

This is a chip timed race by Event Chip Timing
Full results will be available as soon as your cross the line.
There will also be a downloadable finishers certificate.

All finishers will receive a medal. We also have prizes for the following categories:

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd Female

The presentation of trophies will take place near the finish, or inside the sports hall if we have bad weather.
 

• There is a large, free* carpark at the HQ! *The car park is controlled by ANPR cameras and parking over 4 hours is chargeable. We do not anticipate this to affect runners.
• Changing, toilet and shower facilities for male and female runners.
• A baggage area is provided but please do not leave any valuables. 
• Lockers available for a 20p returnable coins.

Free race photos are included and taken by two photographers on the course and at the finish!
